Beautiful door! (Minus stars solely because Wayfair has absolutely terrible and apathetic “customer service”… )

Avoid Verona Home Design Doors – Overpriced and Poor Quality I purchased two doors from Verona Home Design after seeing their attractive designs online. Despite the steep price, I decided to invest in them, assuming the quality would match the cost. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The doors were installed and carefully wrapped in 6-mill plastic to prevent damage during the construction process. However, when it was time to remove the plastic, I discovered a serious quality issue. A spot where painter’s tape had touched the door peeled the paint right off. I attempted to contact Verona Home Design directly to address this issue, but it was impossible to find a phone number or any reliable contact information for the company. This lack of accessibility is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Fortunately, I had purchased the doors through Wayfair. When I reached out to them and provided photos of the damage, they immediately understood my concerns and resolved the issue on the same day. Kudos to Wayfair for their excellent customer service! As for Verona Home Design • The quality of the doors is far below average, especially considering their premium price. • The paint finish is fragile and does not hold up to normal construction or maintenance processes. • The company appears to be a “ghost” manufacturer, with no way to contact them directly for support or even basic inquiries like matching the door color. If you’re considering Verona Home Design products, I urge you to think twice. There are many other companies offering better quality doors at a more reasonable price point, with accessible customer service to back them up. Feel free to Verona Home Design products.
