Absolutely love it. It’s perfect for our tiny mid-century bathroom. Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because we did have to make some mods for the U bend on the sink.

Great! I have a small bathroom and need all the space I can get. Not a great option if you have kids. I would anticipate water everywhere if so.

it's made of close to the lowest quality material, the hinges are cheap and awful and dont allow for proper adjustment in all directions, and the legs are uggggggggly. a proper base that matches the vanity like a toekick would be much better (i custom made one and did away with the legs - huge improvement). it serves it's purpose, i like the hidden side shelving to be able to keep tp out of sight but also easily accessible and the dimensions are what made this worthwhile for me.

I did replace the legs because it wasn't tall enough, which was my fault because I didn't check the measurements that are given on your website. Otherwise it's just perfect for my small 1\2 bath.
