I will start with the positives—this shower looks fantastic and we love that it lets you control the shower heads separately. Not many on the market offer that without an even higher price, but be forewarned, this is a relatively low-quality product for the price. When we received the order it was damaged, it was very clearly packed poorly. Wayfair passed me off to the manufacturer, and upon a rather painful back and forth, they finally sent me a replacement part. I installed it and went on with my bathroom remodel. Fast forward a few months later, and when we finally finished the remodel and began using the shower, it did not function; the temperature control didn't work. I even had plumbers try to fix it, and when they couldn't, they informed me the replacement part arrived incomplete and broken. On top of this, the entire valve system leaked when water ran through it—nothing was tightened, and it required me to fix every screw point. To add insult to injury, Wayfair offered no help as I was outside the replacement window. I even offered to pay for a replacement part. I then contacted Modland, the manufacturer, and attempted countless emails and phone numbers. No one responded. So here we are, $1000 in the hole, stuck with a shower that doesn't work and a bathroom designed around it. Wayfair has disappointed me, and I will never shop with them again. Go with a store that treats its customers better.

Opened Box after the 30 day return policy only to find that the shower valve trim is missing. Wayfair refuses to assist and has no information on the company MODLAND so you can not order new parts. At the price of $1025 there should be better customer service and information on items. Lost respect for Wayfair after today.
