The back edge of the sink is not glazed black its raw porcelain. I would like to send it back but it too late from when I bought it. I have been working on remodeling my bathroom and didn't notice this until I went to install it. I checked it out when I received it for cracks but didn't see this.The description on the website doesn't tell you this or show it.

So beautiful! The matte finish is perfect. They are very large and worked perfectly to cover the hole of a clam shell sink we replaced.
