Modway Render 30" Wall Mounted Single Bathroom Vanity Base Only

I love love love this vanity box! Doing a refresh in my bathrooms. I wanted something different than the usual vanity bases that sit on the floor with the 2 doors and no shelves. This floating vanity is such a modern upgrade. It has 2 drawers - the top one has the cutout for the sink drain but still has plenty of room for caddy space. The bottom drawer is a full drawer with lots of room. Neither is very tall though. The vanity is pretty sturdy and of course needs to be put together. Assembly is simple. Directions have very little to no words, so…. I do have to point out that this vanity is not the average vanity dimensions. The description indicates it is 30” wide but it’s only 29”. Most importantly the depth - from front to back -is only 18”. The average depth of a vanity is 21”. I didn’t pay attention to that and ran into a problem with sink sizes and enough room to get the faucet behind the sink. I had to reduce my sink size to no wider than 12” which delayed my vanity top install and plumbing connection. Also due to the drawers, an under mount sink will not work. Other than that it’s worth the purchase! I can’t wait until it’s all done!!

This piece is perfect for the price. Was able to get an extra piece of my kitchen island countertop cut to place on top of this base. Modern and earthy. ONLY fallback is the cabinet drawer sliders which I replaced with 20 soft close.

It fitted our space very well. It looks great. It added the modern look we were going for in our bathroom.

It fits perfectly in my new bathroom, It’s not real wood, press wood ! Be careful with getting sink , all size might not fit in it!

this was a replacement - the first one arrived broken. this arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

I haven’t put it together yet but the color is as expected. I will update my review once I have it set up. Update The wood imitation layer at the top is very fragile and the corners will peal off. the drawers get stuck they dont roll smothly. This is good for a low use bathroom i dont think is going too lat long.
