I have had my bidet installed a week ago the water hose application is not working properly any longer as when it was used the first few days. Also the seat also moves around out of position. FYI I am a smallmedium size women of -125 lbs. I am also very careful with my home products. I was hoping to EXCHANGE this DEFECTIVE ITEM for ANOTHER ONE. FYI I purchased six months ago or less another bidet (elongated), for another home of mine in Daly City Kohler works fine.

The Moen washlet seat is definitely all it’s cracked up to be! It’s easy to install, easy to use and you feel clean & refreshed after usage! Highly recommend!

I love this, I could not make a full toilet work , so I ende3d up buying just a toilet that has this bidet on it, Yes the water is just cold but often is just refreshing. Sometimes a bit of a shocker but still way better then none! Sorry , no pictures lol

Hardware does not fit mansfield toilets. First unit came defective.(Tvalve Oring)
