I would give 5* for this product as I love the look and feel and it works great, but it arrived with a missing screw. Wayfair was very understanding and offered us a partial refund or store credit. This faucet lifts to control the volume (water flow) and turns left and right to control the temperature. Many shower faucets only allow temperature control so if you want flow control as well, this is the one for you. This product is the trim only, i.e. the part that you see and use every time you shower. It does not include the valve (piece that goes inside the wall). You have to buy the valve separately which costs around 60-70 depending on where you get it from. Make sure you get the correct valve. It must be a Moen valve but not all Moen valves will work. For this faucet you need a M-core 3 series valve with 3 ports (if not connected to a bath) or 4 ports (if connected to both a shower and a bath). You also want to make sure you select a valve with the right connection type (PEX vs CCIPS). Your plumber should be able to help you select the right valve but Wayfair should add this information on the product’s description page. Otherwise it’s a great product of great quality with a lifetime warranty.

Great for the bathroom - so chick looking!

I bought this valve and trim for its functionality and minimalist aesthetic. Unfortunately, the handle does not align with the sleeve to make a perfect cylinder as shown in the promotional literature. This is the case no matter what position the handle is in. Moen sent a replacement cartridge, sleeve and handle and I had to pay my plumber to return and reinstall only to end up with the same “misaligned” result.
