There was zero packing material in the box and the box was delivered in a bubble envelope. Everything in the box was loose and jangling around. Super disappointed

Shower arm arrived damaged. Bo way to replace just that part and not return entire set. I painted it but disappointed with quality control. The rest of the shower os fine.

Good product! Smooth turning handle. I needed a 7” flange and this worked well. I liked that I didn’t have to pay for the shower head as I didn’t need it

Love this shower set, hard to find matte black!

Much better quality than one I had returned because of plastic this feels much more solid and is mostly brass
