The main piece is too loose making the shower unusable. Returning.

I just installed a new shower head and have two small items that I think would help make things easier. First, The knurled/threaded connection nipple needs to have two lands on the sides to allow use of an adjustable wrench to install it. I would bet that the typical homeowner will use pliers to tighten the connection and mess up the finish. Second, include a small length of Teflon tape to seal the threads, Might save a person a trip to the hardware store to get a roll. I've used MOEN products for years with success.

Diverter swivels and is not tight after installation. Also leaking where the diverter connects to shower arm

Cheaply made and the fixture turns once connected. The weight of the handheld wand causes the connector to swivel and not stay in place. Very disappointing for a moen product

I just installed the shower head the one hose would not tighten enough so I added a thicker rubber washer it works great now the wife loves it
