The quality is good. However, we had a hard time finding the PEX connection pipes at the stores. In addition, we had to purchase a special crimping tool (which costs $65) just to secure two PEX pipes. One other thing is that this connector only allows for switching between hot & cold water temperatures , but one can't adjust the water flow amount. Therefore, there is definitely room for improvement to make it user-friendly.
