The hardware was delivered on time and looks great. BUT: I also ordered the installation service (which costs more than the hardware!). The pro assigned to me never showed up. I rebooked, and again the pro never showed up. In both cases, they did not contact me, e.g., to say they would be late. It was very difficult to find out a way in which I could reach them, and when I did, I could only leave a message, which was not returned. Wayfair has a well-deserved reputation for outstanding service. The partnership with Angi to do the servicing is not enhancing that reputation.

Gorgeous, heavy, well made beautiful faucet at a great price. It arrived right on time. I can't wait for my husband to install it!

Beautiful set, easy to clean.

The hot water handle has seized and the handle covers have also seized, so I cannot remove the handle to install the replacement. The sleek conical shape of the handle cover makes fairly impossible to grip. This faucet does not appear to be designed with maintenance in mind at all. In other models, not only do the handles come off more easily, but the nipple on the valve body for the T hose also separates , so there would be 2 options for removing the assembly from the hole in my countertop. This has only 1 and now that it has failed, I don't know what to do. I may have to cut off the nipple on the valve body?
