All connections need washers but only two came with the shower. It’s cheap plastic and I hope it lasts.

Strong water flow. Easy to install. Unfortunately, the handheld sprayer sometimes falls off the magnetic coupler because the unit is too close to the shower wall. Adjusting the position of the sprayer’s hose connection to the unit or modifying the shape of the sprayer should solve the problem.

My shower head just got replaced and oh my oh my!!! This is absolutely the BEST SHOWER HEAD I'VE EVER HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO USE. The shower head turned my neighbor's head asking were I got it and what kind it was!!!

We bought this unit in June of this year and had no problems until now. When having the water coming out the of main head and switch to the hand shower unit and click the hand shower to stop the flow of water, it now sprays out through the back of the shower head swivel. I disassembled the leaking area and found that the seating washer has been cracked in half. I looked at replacement seating washers, all have the same crack that allows water to spray back against the wall.

Works well in both shower head and hand held mode. My only suggestion would be to make the hose to the handheld a little longer. Very easy to install using the very clear instructions.
