I agree with Customer 20 on several things. The brushed nickel escutcheon and the spout do spot rather easily and take a little work to clean. The water does not flow out of the spout in a full, straight stream but seems to come out along the inside edges of the inside of the spout. Not a huge deal, just seemed unusual. The spout does look a bit more rustic than I would have expected from the pictures, but I can't complain as I should have recognized what it would look like. The thing I think bother both Customer 20 and myself is that the handle is not flush with the escutcheon, so it sticks out, and looks unfinished and a bit odd. There is almost a one inch space between the handle and the escutcheon. My plumber explained that the cause of this was the Posi-Temp IPS Connection Pressure Balancing Valve being too close to the wall, thus too far out of the wall; actually, the wall, which was put in after the valve was already in, was put in too close to the valve. This valve is the cross shaped valve that is behind the wall; it connects incoming hot and cold water, directs the water either to the tub spout or the shower head. If the wall is too close to the valve, the part of the valve that the handle attaches to sticks out so you can see the valve housing behind it. This is apparently, a standard plumbing knowledge, because I cannot find anywhere in the installation information to take this into account. Unfortunately, my plumber did not take this into account. He did offer to fix the problem but that would involve cutting through the wall and relocating the four pipes that come into the Pressure Balancing Valve. Since this is in a guest bathroom, I decided to forgo the fix and just live with it. In retrospect, I probably would have made other choices, but live, and learn to pay closer attention.

We purchased the Eva tub/shower faucet combo this March because it had a posi-temp valve and a 7" spout. We had a plumber install it. Several issues we have are the handle is not flush with the escutcheon, so it looks unfinished. The plumber said this is within manufacturer specifications. The brushed nickel escutcheon and spout spot very easily and take alittle work to clean and the water does not flow out of the spout in a full stream and the design and thickness of metal used for the spout makes it look alittle rustic.

We moved into our new house in April 2022, we have all Eva Brushed Nickel throughout the house. So unhappy with how it has water spots it looks horrible
