The shower head itself seems like it would be pretty good, but be aware: the actual movable head is all that is included... there's no hose or bracket to hold it while not in use. Presumably, these could be purchased separately, but I wasn't aware of that when I ordered it. It took three or four weeks to arrive, and I was extremely frustrated when it did, as I've been operating with a leaky shower head for quite a while. I ended up ordering a different shower head with hose and bracket from Amazon.com and it arrived two days later. Also, the original reason I chose this shower head was that it was supposedly made in America, but when it arrived, it turns out that it is assembled in America from parts made in China... yet another reason to be less than completely pleased.
