Poor design when you pull on the roll of paper, the hinge opens up and it all falls on the floor. Also the screw placement is such that the whole thing wobbles. Disappointed in Moen.

Pleasantly surprised with this. I like the 'chunkier' style. It looks extremely sturdy, and in perfect shipping condition. I haven't installed it yet, but I don't expect any issues. Its beautiful.

Update: the quality has not stood the test of time. The item (as well as the towel rod) has a poorly designed wall attachment. It comes out of the wall easily. Several of these items fell off within a year. Looks great and so easy to change toilet paper - especially for the kids. Love it!
