The faucet is attractive in our bathroom and very functional along with stylish

This faucet is poorly designed for changing the rubber o-rings in the faucet. Cartridge 1224 is hard to get out (I thought I was going to damage the cartridge). We've had other faucets thru out the years that were a lot easier (and I mean a lot easier). If I knew this was that difficult I would not WASTE MY MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.

Installation is a breeze, known quality - only brand I would own

Is morn, excellent product I have 6 a little different from one another but wish Moen would make the one handle faucet a little smaller in hight by 1-2” to fit smaller vanities.

Attractive styling but the cartridges need to be replaced frequently unless you like dripping and wasting water. Removing and reinstalling the conical body-handle (design), to access the cartridge, requires something like a wrench or pliers with rubber grippers to fit around the conical shape. Standard pliers will produce teeth marks in the nickel finish. Try to find a faucet set that's EASY to service.
