We purchased a home in 2019 where the kitchen and baths had been completely remodeled 10 years prior. All faucets throughout the house had been replaced with the Moen brand in various models. The master bath's two sinks had the Moen model Kingsley 6102 installed. A couple of months after moving in, we noticed one of the faucets had started leaking around the handle. After determining it made more sense to replace, we ordered a new one. The replacement looks almost identical ten years later. Just as beautiful, well built and we expect it to last at least another 10 years or more. And because we registered it with a copy of our receipt on the Moen website, we know they'll back their product up and offer top-notch customer service. How do I know this? We recently had a Moen shower head stop working properly and a replacement is already on its way at no charge. Highly recommend Moen!

I’m getting tired of changing cartridges. I have two in master and this one is always a problem.

Love the faucet but already the H/C temp plate is broken. It is made from plastic!

I purchased two Moen Kingsley 6102ORB bathroom sink faucets and had installed by licensed General Contractor during Master Bath redo less than 2 months ago. Three evenings ago I heard water running and went to bath - discovered water spewing out of control from underneath the hot/cold single lever cartridge and was unable to stop it. I shut the hot/cold stop valves underneath in the cabinet and spent two days cleaning the flooded mess. Brand new cabinets ruined, carpet in adjoining closet and hallway soaked and many items in the cabinet ruined. Beware - I would not purchase this Moen faucet again. I have not trust or confidence in this product. Fortunately, I was home when the leak occurred or the entire home would have been flooded.

I purchased this model to replace all my bathroom plumbing. I have them in chrome in the upstairs and oil rubbed bronze for downstairs. They are an incredibly smooth mechanism and I am impressed with how solid they are. This is a model that is timeless, and you won't get tired of the design. All of the accessories in this line are quite nice...the toilet paper dispenser especially, with its movable-arm design. I am totally happy with the Moen product line and especially the Kingsley model. The company's support makes Moen my only choice for plumbing. These Moen faucets replaced previous Moen installations. I bought Brantford for the toilet flush lever, I think it looks better than the Kingsley one.
