I have this model Moen fawcet. It was installed ten (10) years ago. The pull down flexible spray nozel leaks at the elbow of the of the hose. How do I replace the hose. This model has an anchor on the hose also. Otherwise I am happy with the facet otherwise . I tried wrapping the hose with silicon tape, as a quick fix, but it still leaaks.

I've had this faucet now for 7 years. The only issue I've has it having to replace the retractable hose which takes 10 minutes to replace and the spray wand. I also replaced the cartridge as it was dripping a bit and that took no time to replace. I would suggest you keep a spare hose on hand. Though Moen provides a free replacement it could take 10 days to get a new one. I love the flexible supply lines. I had another faucet made by a competitor but the supply lines were too long and rigid. I love this faucet so much I bought another one for my laundry sink. Never had a problem with Moen sending me replacement parts. Excellent product, excellent warranty service. Remember to keep the receipt.

We have had ours for several years now and we mostly like it but there are a couple of things that could be improved. The spray wand head doesn’t come apart for cleaning so if you have hard water that can be a problem. Soaking the head in vinegar only helps so much and can ruin the finish. If you have hard water and an on demand water heater the wand inhibits the flow so that the unit doesn’t recognize a call for heat. This gets worse as the wand head gets scaled up. I have been ripping pieces out of one of my wands to try to get sufficient flow.
