I just installed a Koa faucet. Everything looks and feels good, and the installation was pretty simple. A big problem arose when I attached the spray wand to the hose -- I followed the instructions exactly, first hand tightening, then turning the threaded fitting another 1/8 turn. When I tried the faucet, it leaks at the point the hose attaches to the spray wand. There is a flexible joint in this connection, and the leak is coming from this flexible joint. It's not a big leak, so you might overlook it when you install the faucet. However, the result is that water will drip down the hose and into your sink cabinet, where it might grow mildew and attract insects. I shot video of my leak, and would be happy to put it on YouTube to share with Moen. It is now the evening and I will not be going out again tonight. But my goal is to return this faucet tomorrow and install something else. Beware of this potential leak in the Koa faucet... it's sneaky and may not be obvious at first.

My previous faucet (not a Moen) could not be adjusted properly to get a mix of water temperatures. We just ended up replacing it with the Moen and are delighted. The plumber installed it with no problems and it works terrific. Glad we bought it! We bought a separate Moen for our powder room and had that installed at the same time. It is also a great purchase working really well.

Works great, easy install, but does not feel like the high quality faucets of "yesterday" year. Pretty much feels like it's made of plastic.

The spec sheet for this faucet says "metal with various finishes". Well, the head is plastic.

Happy with facet so far. Really like how the base swivels. Strong water spray. Nice looking.
