A couple of points for the 2 star rating. I'm a Moen customer have been and always will be. Their warranty is the best in the market. This faucet is very expensive, very big, has a nice finish and easy handle. The R/O button is firm but I understand it will loosen up with more use. water flows at a reduced rate. The R/O system tubing is 3/8 but the faucet reduces it to a 1/4 tubing. Not sure if that is standard but the water is almost at a trickle. The flow rate on the unfiltered faucet flows at 1.0 again reduced. Big issue is the faucet head does not come off to clean filters, the filter is in the line which again reduces the flow. Very disappointed with this faucet and would NOT recommend this at all. Very weird that the faucet does a complete 360 so if the water is on and you push the faucet it will spin around and get water everywhere.

Very good faucet. Quality construction, but still overpriced. We love the 3 in 1 functionality. I would buy again. Excellent support from Moen in terms of warranty.

The faucet overall works but it is outrageously expensive for what you get. The toggle button for the filtered water is extremely difficult to press. It takes so much force I hurt my fingers every time I have to use it. Has not gotten better after a month either.

Excellent faucet love the look and the built RO feature.
