I learned after that Moen has a lifetime guarantee, so if I had contacted the parent company I would not have had to purchase the handle. I thought it would be simple, but the unit is so well made, I had to hire a plumber just to change the handle! Who would have thought it so. Ordering and recieving was a pleasure and the Wayfair company I would use again.
