This shower system is difficult to install. Approximate install time should be listed in the sales info and also that two extra valves are required. The two extra valves cost more than the faucet set. Time for install was 6 hours to an experienced plumber. Very costly system!

This item really missed the mark. Even though its a moen and almost impossible to find a shower set like this at this price, by the time you add all the needed extras to fit it costs way more than it should. I eventually returned it as the parts that come with it were not correct accroding to my plumber. More hassle to keep than return.

This has been a hastle , diverted doesn’t always work and you have to buy an extra valve that is costly.

Shower started dripping non-stop after a few times use. Installer believes it’s a faulty cartridge in the main valve. Now I have to contact Moen to send me a new cartridge to resolve the issue. They don’t make quality products as they used to anymore.
