My contractor installed it with no issues, the bathroom looks great and all the fixtures are beautiful quality that feels very heirloom. The valves are really annoying that they are specific to the item instead of universal.

We purchased this to install with a new Roman Tub trim kit, however due to another issue with our bathroom plumbing had to call in our plumber. He said this was a good connection and was able to get our job done in less than 1/2 hour. This was about 9 months ago and so far no issues.
