The towel bar came in good condition and on time. It was just what I needed.

I am very disappointed once again with now 2 orders with 2 bronze bars only in each order shipment no ends to towel rods as shown in shopping views! How am I supposed to hang my towel bars on the wall without the complete installation pieces I dont know that I will continue placing orders with Wayfair, because on just about everything I have ordered doesnt look like what I have ordered! I do not feel it is fair for me to have to pay return shipping, when I didnt receive what I ordered by items shown in shopping! I think this is not right of Wayfair to do their loyal customers this way. As a Disabled Senior living on SS only, every penny counts to me. The little extra I may have here in there, I should be able to receive what is advertised! I want someone to email me with a resolution to my last 2 orders shipped to me.
