Works perfectly. The Moen cartridge is impossible hard to remove especially after years of use. This makes it so much easier and keeps you from damaging the cartridge or control valve. Pros: does what it supposed to Cons: single purpose and can't use anywhere else

price to high for a simple product that you may only use once in a great while

This cartridge "puller" will NOT extract the cartridge from your plumbing. You must source an aftermarket puller to complete the task. Unforgivable.
