This faucet is absolutely beautiful! I actually ordered two for my 72” vanity in my master bathroom and it elevated the entire look of my bathroom. Great quality and beautiful finish.

Very disappointed, they sent the wrong item TWICE! Thankfully, the third time I got a Customer Service rep who handled it brilliantly. He arranged for a slightly different set that ended up working out much better for me, at no additional cost. So it terms of the original item, a zero, but in terms of customer service the third time around, a 5.

This product was never delivered to me. I received the under counter valves (2) and contacted Way Fair that the above counter handles and faucet did not arrive. I then received another set of under counter valves and no black handles and faucet. Way Fair has never made this right to date. Orderedfaucets .. never received them.

I havent installed them yet but they look good. Just what I wanted. The other faucet that I ordered, same one, never sent me the correct one.
