The Moen digital shower controller is a nice upgrade. We needed a controller on the opposite side of the shower from the shower head, so the water could be turned on without entering the shower. This takes up a lot of space but the installation is pretty straight forward. We used plex plumbing and left access to the valve with a drywall access panel.

Plumber said very easy to install. Canât wait to use this shower!!

We just installed it. The instructions and video online says to sweat the adapter (in our case we used PEX so we got a 1/2" female PEX adapter) after we sweated the adapter it was a little too big to go thru the little plastic thread. After some work we got it thru, but MOEN should be able to fix this problem.

Can't live without these electronic showers. We have two at our house, and have installed two others in kids' houses. We recommend to everyone.
