This will be the third Moen tilt that failed. Moen was nice enough on the first two to send me the internal cartridge. This last one was a plastic handle and did not last three years. Good thing it was discontinued.

It worked so well for about a year. After that, the spout has had to be replaced twice because the mechanism to control flow malfunctioned. This should never happen with such a costly faucet.

My wife picked out this style of faucet for the look. I picked Moen for the excellent service we have had with our other products, the ease of contacting support, the inventory of parts (even if a model is discontinued) and the ease of repairing a problem, should one arise. This faucet performs exactly as described. It looks great. It was very, very easy to install. There was plenty of online material to support the product, the installation and reliability. Together with a lifetime warranty.....you can't loose.
