The side sprayer does not turn off when I release the tab. I have replaced the sprayer head four times and each one wears out after about a year. We don’t have hard water or anything like that, it is a flaw with the o rings they use. I know I am not alone with this issue because I have read numerous others with the same problem. Moen seems to not respond to advice to use better o rings since they still send out the same product I bought years ago. No problems with anything else, never had the faucet leak or needed to replace a cartridge. Use silicone or Teflon O rings, not rocket science.

This was a replacement for the same model, I installed 25 years ago. The replacement was because the seals wore out and the older model started leaking. The new version has about half the flow volume because the supply hoses are a smaller diameter. Disappointed that the flow rate is less. It takes noticeably longer to fill things like the sink, pitchers, and pots. Other than this annoyance it was easy to install and works ok.
