We have always had a glass decorative soap dispenser next to our kitchen sink. On a couple of occasions, the glass dispenser was accidentally bumped and fell into the kitchen sink and broke. This dispenser fit perfectly into the opening in the counter and works like a charm! No more worries about breaking the dispenser.

The soap dispenser looks nice and matches the faucet. Added a "Never Fill" tube extension so I don't have to refill the tiny bottle and it works great. Cannot speak to longevity as it has only been installed for a couple of weeks.

Loving this soap dispenser. I did have a problem with it functioning after a few months, but called Moen and they sent out a new underneath part immediately. Love not having a separate container out on the countertop and the beauty of it matching my Moen faucet.

We've been in our "new" build for 3 years now. Loved this built-in soap dispenser in my kitchen until it quit working over the past week or two. It no longer springs back up after pressing it down to get soap. We've taken it apart and it appears that the spring that should force the top piece back up has just given out. Pretty disappointing after just three years of use.

Got this with our Brantford k sink faucet for new house three years ago. Pump now sticks and does not pop back up - have to pull plunger up by hand to use again. Any ways to clean the plnger shaft or other parts to get the spring to work?
