I love these Moen faucets. They are such a nice quality, heavy-duty, very smooth operation. And the best feature is the ability to easily change the faucet and handles when I redo the bathroom again - no need to remove and replace all the plumbing, just pop off the handles and put new ones on. Even in the shower! Very nice product. Very happy with it

Box arrived with loose items inside with no protective wrap or bags. There were fingerprints and scratches ..not sure all the pieces were there..looks like a returned item and was not the finish that I requested.
