This came and its beautiful but it shipped missing the Drop Ell Wall Supply piece. Now my contractor has to go out and find the piece

My contractor installed it with no issues, the bathroom looks great and all the fixtures are beautiful quality that feels very heirloom. I was annoyed there is a part that is needed to install this that is separate and there is no mention of it which delayed my bathroom renovation.
