Love this faucet!

This faucet is beautiful! I searched high and low to find a “gold” faucet to match my workstation (sink). I love how it looks. Functionality - I love all of the listed features, I just wish they all worked. My general contractor and I haven’t figured out the touchless feature. I haven’t lost hope, but my I am losing interest. This was a pricy faucet and only opinion the set up should be laid out. Come on @moen! The over the island lighting was purchased here also. They are perfect.

It is a gorgeous faucet, I love love it. Love the design of the faucet. Unfortunately, on day 2, it stopped working. The faucet kept turning off after a couple of minutes and also reduce water output on its own. The cold water wouldn't turn on. It would turn on and off on its own. I had to reset a few times. When no power or internet, faucet doesn't work. I wouldn't recommend it. Very frustrating. But I love the look of it. What is more frustrating is that I had to pay for a plumber to come out and install a different faucet, so the cost of doing it twice!

Utter garbage. Moen Smart Faucets should be pulled from the market. I've installed 5 of the prior version of this "touchless" (non-smart) over 5 years. This smart faucet has been installed for 2 days, and I'm getting 4 yellow lights for hardware failure. Do NOT buy ANY of these Smart Faucets. Warning you with peace and love, Moen has got to do so much better to even consider this product line.
