This has been an awesome purchase and experience. My bidet has been exceptional. The night light feature and power save capability are some of my favorite features to this bidet. It was pretty difficult to install because it’s not fit for American plumbing fittings. After 7 days of back n forth I was able to get the bidet waterline out stalled using a shark bite elbow and the adapter that comes with the bidet. I love it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. Shipping and handling exceeded expectations. The item was well packaged & appears to be of superior quality. I've yet to install, as I now plan on moving in the somewhat near future & also, our household has been taking turns with various illnesses. I'm very much looking forward to when we will be able to install and fully utilize this toilet.

This tankless toilet looks amazing!! The quality and size are great! You will need two people to take out of box. The instructions are very clear and the toilet is very well packaged. I can’t wait to have it professionally installed! It has many great features.

All these comments are people who have had it for 1-2 days. It works great in the beginning, except after 1-2 years it stops working properly. I bought two Mahome toilets and they both have issues. Three plumbers refuse to work on this saying "these kind of toilets are the worse dont ever buy them again". The parts ONLY come from China and you cannot get in contract with the manufacturer cause they too are in China. Problem is the entire thing is electrical so when one thing goes wrong, the toilet becomes useless since plumbers are like "we need to take the whole thing apart". Looks cool, fancy, whatever, but DO NOT BUY it!

This is terrible. Absolutely don't buy this product. Not only that. BE careful on what else you buy. Look at the manual, do some research on who manufactured the product. Ask yourself what happens especially when the warranty goes out. If you need to repair, who knows how to repair it. Here is why. It worked great, we were *very* happy about this, for about 15 months. Then the nightmare begins. Notice, this is the toilette for our master bedroom, *very important* and *essential* piece of our life. It has to be reliable. Well, it started not flushing correctly, with random problems. There is not option for manual flushing, i.e. not electronic/sensor based, so if it doesn't work, you are in trouble. You would hope you could fix it. No, no one knows. You look at the manual, and find out there is no single name of a company, an address, anything you can contact. Nothing on the internet. Essentially, you do not know who to contact. You call Wayfair customer support. Some say, one time, that you have to go through them to communicate with manufacturer. OK, let's do it. Some random emails came through asking to send pictures and explaining what is going on, nothing happened. A few weeks later, they said it is not under warranty, so be it. Company in China, who knows. No brand name. OK, so this is a product that you use it, and then after a year it breaks, and you have to change it. But this is a toilette.... So stay away from it. We went to Waifair to save some money, but it was a clear mistake. Not only that. We have been long time customer with Wayfair. But from now on, no more. Sorry!
