In love with our new shower system!!! Received the product in a very nice sorted box. We’ve installed the product by ourselves, but would recommend to have it installed by a plumber, since the male or female output may need to be adjusted based on your shower needs. Customer service with Mondawe was above expectiations. We had issues with our thermostatic valve (simply very hot and very cold water was coming out) and the hand held shower valve (water was coming out even though the valve was turned off). If you ever experience similar problem, please reach out to Mondawe, they will help you trouvleshoot the issue and send replacement parts free of charge. In our case the issue was simply the diverting carthridge that has stuff stuck in it, Mondawe has replaced the parts and shipped it directly to us, and then problem was fixed. I must say it does take a lot of water to run the shower head, we live in Ontario, Canada and have a well therefore not a problem but our hot water tank is a 40 gal, and gets emptied in 40 minutes. (If you like to take long shower) The pressure in the hand held shower is not adjustable, but is strong enough and soothing to wash yourself, the shower and even your dog. The shower head is one of our highlights, as you can fit easily two underneath and be covered in water, and no longer freezing while the other one is taking a shower. Also all 3 outputs can be run at the same time, there’s enough pressure in all of them to enjoy the massage the water is giving you. Would definitely recommend this product and wish I had renovated my shower earlier.
