Our order arrived late. When our contractor started opening boxes of flooring, it was moldy! Black fuzzy mold! It was disgusting!

The laminate arrived half broken, I am not satisfied with the delivery.

This floor is absolutely gorgeous. I was debating between this and a warmer shade but so glad i choose this. It has a slight wood texture and feels nice on bare feet. Shipping was as promised and contractor install went smoothly. 10/10 recommend.

I have not opened yet, just arrived this afternoon. But I must commend the delivery personnel. They were quick, and aware that I was away and my husband bad hearing. I dropped everything got home in less than 10 minutes. It was great, all set on pallet and wrapped, easy to set in my garage with their forklift. Thank you. Extremely nice guys. Seems where we live, all deliveries come out of Abilene daily, even our Fed Ex man. That's a long round trip haul for the crew and I commend their service.
