This item was NOT as advertised. The item was described as a "Low Pressure Regulator, and hoses". The package did not include the required hoses. The product was poorly packaged, and the enclosed plastic surrounding the regulator was cracked. In order to get a refund to my credit card, I had to pay return postage. Totally dissatisfied!!!

Nice to know that this pressure regulator and hose assembly were available for purchase with the patio heater which meant I didn't need to shop elsewhere to find everything I needed to use the heater as soon as it arrived.

This regulator has fixed my barbecue. It is a very reasonable price, was shipped promptly and arrived when stated. It was also packaged properly for safe delivery. I would purchase again from Wayfair. Steve
