Love this it was easy to install and heats the entire upstairs where we put it in ! It ignites easily and the controls are easy to understand

We are not happy with Mr. Heater! This is the second one we’ve ordered and the second one to come with issues. The first one the pilot would hold a flame but it never would fully engage and operate. This one came and the pilot works and it will fully engage but after a minute or 90 seconds it shuts off for no reason! We are sending it back and looking into other options.

OMG! I searched several big name stores for this only to see out of stock way before winter. Wayfair had it and it was such a pleasant, easy ordering process! I called after to order hose and regulator and the customer service was exceptional! Very helpful and curtious! I will shop Wayfair 1st from now on! I received my purchase in 2 days! Thank you Wayfair, you kept my father and me from freezing!
