Bad description. Cost me $6 to return item

I purchased this hardware last year for a seasonal use property I have. I just got to building the closet and ready to hang the doors. No matter what I do, the hardware on the front door hits against the back door making it impossible to slide the doors. I checked to see that I had the rollers (#1 and #2) on the correct doors (back and front). My door is 1 3/8" thick and these hangers/rollers obviously are not for a standard door thickness even though the description states otherwise. Not sure how I will fix this problem. Would not recommend for anyone with a 1 3/8" door to purchase. Truly a shame as the entire system was easy to install and appears to be of good quality.

In the final installation phase, sanded, painted, ready to hang doors after carrying them upstairs, and the track is not wide enough. The box says up to 1 3/8 thick doors. Not so. You need to relabel your boxes.

I bought 3 of these kits for my closet doors. My doors are 1 3/8 thick. I read a lot of reviews stating they would not work. At first they didn't work for me either, but after reading comments and looking at the instructions, if you place the rollers right ( by #) and put the door with #1 rollers in the back, it will work out with no scrapping. I gave it a four because it did not explain this well and I did a lot of extra work before I realized the issue! Again this system will work with 1 3/8 doors if you put the rollers in the right place...look at the numbers!!!!

Just installed my new closet doors and they look very good and roll very easy. I would have had an easier time if I had read the instructions closer and realized the 2 sets of rollers are designed differently. I would have given this product a 5 had the finger pulls been larger and maybe come with a brushed nickel set as well.
