The cooler is great. HOWEVER, it was on sale when I ordered it. I was charged full price. Explain to me why this happened.

We’ve been pretty happy with the portable cooler. It covers less area than it says in the description, but it still does a pretty good job. We could use more ice packs than what came with the unit, but most normal sized ice packs won’t fit. But both of these are manageable and it works well for that we need.

This cooler is great for a small area. It is made to allow attachment via water hose directly as well as being filled and ran on its own. It cools down room to make it comfortable. However, it does not make it cold. It does bring up humidity in room slightly as well. I think it is a good choice for a small room or outdoor area to circulate the air.

Have had this fan for about 3 months or less and worked great at first. The water pump in the bottom tank became defective to the point it would constantly pump water. Was able to get a replacement for the unit. Just tonight the replacement fan started doing the same thing. Have had multiple newair coolers with no issues but these new units just aren't the same.
