I have had this for about 22 months now and I can't tell you how pleased I am with the tankless water heater from Noritz. We have three baths, a whirlpool tub, washer, dishwasher, and a large sink in the garage, I have never noticed this thing to not deliver hot water. At times of high use the flow can slow a bit but never to an unacceptable level where you say "Hey, where's the water?" I have a dedicated 100 gal propane tank and seem to be using about 90 gal. a year. When you consider a normal electric water heater is about 25% of your total electric bill this is a big saver over the long term and well worth the expense. You will need to buy the isolator valves to connect the water lines and for clean out and also the PVC piping for exhaust and intake. I did a descaling after 12 months and had no problems - the isolation valves made it quite simple not a chore at all. The only problem I had was with my plumber. We live in a small town so this was the first unit he had ever put in and it took him longer than he expected and he charged me for the extra time and then thanked me for letting him learn on me! Get an estimate up front. The unit has been rock solid for 22 months now and I consider it a great investment and good for the environment. Wayfair shipping and price can't be beat so get it here.
