These are great quality and beautiful door knobs. Love them for my new house. So feminine.

I love everything about this knob. The weight of the crystal knob is heavy and has great detail, the rosette is classy. It suits the rustic look of our wood door. Everything is wonderful... except for the locking pin. We inspected every hardware bag multiple times, and there is no pin included. We will try reaching out to customer service and see if a pin can be supplied. Edit: I was able to contact nostalgic warehouse customer service and the matter was dealt with in less than 24 hours. Amazing customer service!!
