Nice finish and function. However, half of the wood screws broke in half during installation. Unacceptable.

My contractor spent much of a day trying to install this on a new door. There are 4 screws that have to be perfectly level and even on both sides of the door, you can see them on the plate.

Very unhappy, some randomly have key holes and some don’t It doesn’t even make since, they should match. Wanted to return but was denied a return.
