The faucet arrived quickly and well packaged. It looks more expensive than it is and has a little more modern look than the faucet I replaced. Overall my plumber said installation was easy and I am pleased.

I’m so happy with this faucet! It arrived quickly and it was easy to install. It is a heavy, quality piece and it came with the lines pre installed. I had a problem with the pull down hose (my fault) and I texted the phone number provided in the box. I got a reply from a customer service person straight away and they helped me to fix it, texting with me back and forth until it was resolved. I really appreciate good customer service. This kitchen faucet is nice and love the style. Comes with pull out spray. My kitchen sink has 3 holes and item did not come with the deck plate. I ordered it separately. Finally installed and easy assembly. The hardest thing to do is removing the old rusted screws underneath the sink. Water runs good and pull out spray is easy to use.

Really nice faucet. The quality seems good. It’s easy to clean and the sprayer works well. The price is right for an apartment. It was packaged well and shipping was fast. Install was easy and took about 20 minutes. Comes with supply lines but without the plate.

This kitchen faucet looks nice, but it doesn't have the quality of some of the higher priced faucets I've looked at. The sale price seems in line with the quality though. Nice finish, not real thrilled with the pull down hose feature, especially the way the hose is attached to the sprayer. Time will tell with the functionality. I will update when installed and I can use it for a while.
