Great to have all parts needed to install this air admittance valve in my in-law's kitchen. I didn't need the p-trap or wall tube, but nice to replace these parts while I was at it and give a clean start to the kitchen drainage systems. The adapter Tee is nice to ensure enough height above the p-trap for proper ventilation.

It is a one way valve designated to allow air to enter the plumbing drainage system when negative pressures develop in the piping system My son installed it under our kitchen sink, it worked fantastic and solved the issue we were having.

It was easy to install and came with more than enough extra pieces to fit any configuration or work around I had under the sink. It was straight forward and to the point. No need to open the wall up and try to tie into the household vent system. This was great for the basement sink.
