Got this (after waiting almost a month for it to ship), thought it looked really well built and solid. We followed assembly instructions to a T. We did 30 minutes of sweeping and the back lower support arm is already bent. Very disappointed. Hoping customer service will send a replacement part or something. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
