The product was defective. The sensor didn't work properly. I ordered in Feb but didn't install until July as it was new res const. Was delayed with build do to windows. Exceeded the return date ( 33 days) but after hearing my situation Wayfair gave me an exception and allowed me to return to be refunded. I really appreciate this kind of customer service. Way to go Wayfair!!!!!

Worst motion faucet I’ve ever seen. Leaks after turning off. Doesn’t shut off like it’s supposed to so has to manually be shut off, which defeats the purpose of a touchless faucet. Has to be charged every two weeks, which requires you to remove the faucet head each time.
