Atrocious customer service - the product arrived broken, we requested a replacement. Took almost 2 weeks struggling with chat and being told it was being replaced to not receive the replacement. Had to talk to a customer service rep, wait for original replacement to be cancelled, then resend again. Over a month to get a replacement isn't acceptable. Final product is decent, more of an issue with Wayfair's service than the product.
