I bought this 3 gallon warm mist console humidifier by Optimus for use in our bird room in the winter and Im so glad I decided on this one. It is easy to fill, runs quietly and lasts a little over 24 hours on one fill. It shuts itself off when the room reaches the humidity level of the preset you chose. Our hot air furnace really dries the air and this unit keeps the room comfortable. It controls issues we were having with static and dust and Im no longer sneezing from dry air. The only thing I would do differently is I would have ordered it sooner. I really recommend this unit.

The warm mist coming out is very little and the spring is bent and does not properly connect.

The tank does leak into the reservoir, but it does it's job. Unfortunately, it would work better in a very small room; not for large areas as it advertises.
