Decided to give this another chance after throwing it the useless pile a few years ago. Mustered up some patience to give it another try but to no avail, the mounting hardware is still totally useless - its not me. The set screw screws into the wall mounted metal bracket but there is no catch. The screw is pointy and apparently supposed to catch into a flat metal surface. Difficult to describe, but basically it doesn't hold any amount of weight and the whole thing falls to the floor. Do not recommend unless they've chosen a different method to mount it since I bought it.
